Getting married on the Amalfi Coast can become something unique and surprising even for those who, like us, consider it a second home.
We met Olga and Evgeny in a private villa in Praiano, both preparing themselves in the same room with their children. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by that enormous happiness that preceded the moment of the Yes, and even Praiano seemed to honour in great style that festive air, blessing the couple with a spectacle of nature.
The carpet of plants and colours spread from the top of the terraces, pushing and crawling to access and admire the sea. From below, the waves greeted the spouses while the sun caressed the Vesuvius and the houses of Positano: never frame was more surprising than that, to capture the moment of waiting.
Olga and Evgeny had a dream wedding in mind. No church, no ceremony in the Town Hall: the exact point of their union was at the end of a boat trip, which was done through the waves of the sea. Passing in the presence of Torre Minerva, which rises above the rocks and among the green blooms; admiring the terracing of the lemons in bloom, which garland dot the Lattari Mountes’ slopes; circumnavigating the Scoglio d’Isca, and avoiding the gorges and fissures of the rocks: and we reach the beach of Gavitella, where you can stop dreaming and finally promise eternal love.
A dream wedding, that of Olga and Evgeny. An amazing, unique, unrepeatable day, that among millions of shining lights, could only end in a great and legendary party.
